Terms & Conditions: 1. Information on how to enter and the prize form part of these terms and conditions. 2. The Promoter is Michelle & Danny Nelson, C/- Devlin Real Estate, Licensed REAA 2008, P O Box 502, Rangiora. 3. Entry is open to NZ residents. Sales consultants and staff of Devlin Real Estate and their families are ineligible to enter. As at 21 Jan 2010 existing listings with Devlin Real Estate consultants other than Michelle & Danny Nelson are ineligible to enter. 4. The competition runs from 21 Jan 2010 – 31 Mar 2010. 5. There is one entry per property for all Devlin sole agency agreements for a minimum 90 day period with Michelle & Danny Nelson as listing salespeople during the competition period 6. Properties listed must be in residential Rangiora or Woodend 7. All existing sole agency agreements as at 21 Jan 2010 with Michelle & Danny Nelson as listing salespeople are eligible for one entry. 8. There is a further 1x entry per property for all properties confirmed sold under a sole agency agreement with Michelle & Danny Nelson as listing salespeople during the competition period. 9. There are 10 prizes, each consisting of a 1 hour scenic flight for 2 on board the Southern DC3 Trust’s ZK AMY, with Richie McCaw 10. Although the prize is transferable, it is not redeemable for cash. 11. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of the prize winning trip, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 12. The prize will be drawn under police supervision Thursday 1 April 2010. The winners will be notified by phone and their details published in the Northern Outlook the following week after the draw. The winners agree to the use of their name, address & photo for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without compensation. 13. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 14. It is anticipated that the flight on AMY be taken from Rangiora airfield early April 2010, however the exact date & location will be once weather, aircraft & Richie McCaw’s availability are confirmed. Prize winners will be notified as soon as it is known. |
